Our Fees

There is no set or standard rate for legal fees.

In accordance with the law, fees are therefore determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the time spent on the assignment, the difficulties and deadlines for its completion, the importance of the interests involved, the outcome obtained, and the lawyer’s experience.

However, at the beginning of the engagement, the question of fees will be addressed to ensure this important point is settled with full transparency.

To keep our clients informed about the progress of fees and in accordance with the rules governing our profession, we regularly request retainers (i.e., advances) or send regular interim fee statements and invoices.

In cases of precarious financial situations, we will suggest that you apply for legal aid.
