Our attorneys advise and assist you in proceedings to establish guardianships for adults or minors, as well as in proceedings to restrict parental authority initiated following reports to the authorities. The attorneys at our firm who practice in this area are also regularly appointed as guardians for children by child welfare authorities to represent them in court or perform other duties.
